Clinton Day - electric bass
I began
studying music at Columbia College in California in 1982 under Dr. Rod
Harris. I finished my studies at San Jose
State University
in California,
receiving my Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1987, and earning my Master of Arts
Degree in 1990.
I've been primarily a bassist for the last 30+ years, but am also a jazz
pianist, arranger and vocalist.

Jazz
and funk electric bass, original arrangements and improvisation in small
group settings.
Studio performance on electric bass.
Music transcriptions as well as arrangements for a variety of ensembles.
Original musical compositions in a variety of formats for advertising, live
performance, CD-ROM, broadcast and web-based applications.

years as a professional bassist in the Bay Area, as well as an
accompanist/arranger for the Columbia College Music Program under the
direction of Dr. Rod Harris, having performed with numerous artists
including Mic Gillette, Barbara Morrison, Cornelius Bumpus, Clare Fischer, Bobbie McFerrin, Carl Anderson, Don Shelton, Bobby Shew, Grant Geissman, Phil Mattson, and
Richie Cole.

of Rock Music.
